GLEN GILBERT, IT LITIGATION AND SUPPORT SPECIALIST
As The Firm’s IT and Litigation Support Specialist, Glen provides technical support for attorneys, paralegals and staff by utilizing The Firm’s complex discovery, case management and case presentation applications such as Relativity and Lexis Nexis CaseMap. Glen coordinates the conversion, processing, loading and exporting of data and images to and from litigation systems. Glen consults and advises teams on practices for the preparation of documents and how best to apply technologies for specific projects.
Glen supplements his computer troubleshooting experience with a strong background in customer service. From previous employers, he earned more than 40 different awards for sales, customer service, leadership and teamwork—all skills he now uses to meet the needs of his in-house clients at Reilly.
Glen earned an undergraduate degree in Cinema/Television Critical Studies from the University of Southern California. Upon graduation, his analog film education became immediately obsolete in the new digital world and he needed to adapt.
“I am a fan of old-school photography – the kind that involves film. Perhaps this goes back to my training in cinematic arts, where I always found framing, lighting and color-contrast to be the most interesting concepts. One day soon I am going to resurrect my 30-year-old Pentax from its closet, buy some film, set up a dark room and get to work!”
